Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging as it was received. Products that are damaged, used or missing original packaging will not be accepted.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns on products sold as final sale or on sale. These purchases are final.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for and pays for return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping option, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Refund: Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchange: Do you want to exchange your product for another? Return your item and state the desired exchange in the return. We will ship the new item as soon as we receive the return.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it. In the case of defective, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost
